Legal & Technical Committee Information
The Legal & Technical Committee of the Institute of Retirement Funds (IRF) is tasked with dealing with all legal issues within the retirement funds industry. The committee acts as a liaison between its members and policy makers, namely National Treasury (NT), the Financial Services Board (FSB) and the South African Revenue Services (SARS).
